Return & Exchange Policy


Since all our products are individually handmade to order especially for you, there are no refunds and no exchanges, except for defective items (due to the production mistake).

Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted via email within 7 days from the original delivery date. Please include the photos of the damaged item. If 7 days have gone by since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

WRONG ADDRESS OR UNCLAIMED ITEMS - If the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier or does not pick up the item, the shipment will be returned to our facility and then reshipped to the customer's correct address at our cost. The customer will be contacted to provide the correct address.


Since every product is made to order we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges. There are accurate size charts provided in every listing. Please make sure to consult them and make all the necessary measurements to ensure a great fit. It is responsibility of the customer to consult the size charts that we provide to choose the right size. If the customer wants a different size, in this case, an entirely new order, at customer's full expense, would need to be placed for an updated size.


In cases of a production defect, please send us with a digital image of the product (along with a clear description of the problem) to the following an email: DO NOT RETURN ITEMS, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If it was a production mistake and you are approved, then your full refund will be processed, and applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded.
