Order Fulfillment Timeline & Shipping Information
STEP 1. Order Production (approx. 3-8 business days)
All our items are individually handmade to order especially for you. It takes about 3-8 business days to create your product (please allow some additional time during the holiday rush). 97.66% of our orders are created within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are created within 3 business days. Then you should add shipping time on top of that.
STEP 2. Order Shipment (time AFTER order production)
Speed depends on destination and the shipment method you decide to chose (i.e. standard, expedited or overnight shipment). See the shipping speeds table below to help you out.
SHIPPING TO THE USA (time AFTER order production):
Standard FREE Shipping: 3-5 business days
Shipping to OTHER COUNTRIES:
Standard International Shipping takes about 10-15 business days AFTER order production. Order production takes about 3-8 business days.
Customs Fees
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees. The fee may vary depending on order value, country limits, etc. The customer is responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.
